CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A Charleston County girl claims Trident Health care Centre staff, or lack thereof, triggered her to produce life-threatening injuries, in accordance to court files submitted Thursday.
It all begun in September 2021, and according to some Intent to File Accommodate paperwork, it all arrives down to the client not getting in the correct palms.
The papers allege Trident Medical Center failed to make certain right treatment or provide sufficient staff. The files go on to say the patient, as a final result of inappropriate treatment, designed “disfiguring, lasting and everyday living-threatening injuries,” far more specially stress sores.
